Easy Wild Rice And Mushroom Stuffing

Serve this wild rice, sausage, and mushroom stuffing alongside your favorite poultry, pork, or beef entrees.

ingredients
3 cups wild rice, cooked
1/4 pound ground pork sausage
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
directions
Place the cooked wild rice in a large bowl.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage, onion, and celery. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sausage is cooked and the vegetables are soft. Drain off any excess grease. Add the sausage mixture to the wild rice.
Return the skillet to the heat and add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are soft and have released their liquid. Drain off any excess liquid and then add the mushrooms to the rice mixture.
Sprinkle the poultry seasoning over the rice then mix everything well.
Serve immediately.
