Onion Soup Rice

ingredients
2 cups instant rice
1 tablespoon oil
1 can (4 ounce size) sliced mushrooms
1 can onion soup
1/2 soup can water
salt and pepper
directions
Lightly brown rice in hot oil. Watch carefully. Put rice in greased 1 1/2 quart deep casserole. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Bake, covered at 350 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
