ingredients
1 pound bacon
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, finely diced
mayonnaise
melba toast rounds
directions
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble into small pieces.
Combine bacon and mushrooms with just enough mayonnaise to hold together and moisten.
Spread on toast rounds and bake at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes. Leftover mixture may be spread on toast and broiled.
