1 package (20 ounce size) chocolate sandwich cookies
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
2 packages (3 ounce size) French vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
1 carton (12 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed
directions
Blend cookies in blender until they resemble potting soil, set aside.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until light, beat in dry pudding mix. Slowly stir in milk, combining well. Fold in whipped topping.
In a 13 x 9 inch pan alternate layers of cookie crumbs and cream cheese mixture, ending with a thick layer of the cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
