ingredients
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 bottle (12 ounce size) chili sauce
1 package (6 ounce size) Canadian bacon, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
corn chips, tortilla chips, or pita wedges
directions
Evenly spread the softened cream cheese on a 12-inch pizza pan (or large plate). Spread the chili sauce over the cream cheese.
Sprinkle the chopped Canadian bacon, onion, and green pepper over the chili sauce.
In a bowl, combine the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until well mixed. Sprinkle over the top of the pizza.
Serve the dip immediately with corn chips, tortilla chips, or pita wedges.
The dip can be made up to 2 hours in advance and kept in the refrigerator until 30 minutes before serving. Let come to room temperature before serving.

I think instead of chili sauce, something like pizza sauce would be better on this (since it's called Pizza By The Scoop). The chili sauce just had too much bite to it.

This is one of the best snacks I have ever made! I have been using this recipe since 2000 and it's the most requested recipe in my box. Wonderful!
