Miniature pretzels are coated with ranch salad dressing mix, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, and vegetable oil and then baked to soak in the flavors.
1 cup vegetable oil
1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 bag (20 ounce size) round mini pretzels
Mix together all ingredients except pretzels.
Place pretzels in large roasting pan such as used to roast a turkey. Pour mixture over pretzels, stirring very well to coat completely.
Bake uncovered at 200 degrees F for 2 hours, stirring well every 20 minutes.

I use the pretzel sticks and reduce the cayenne by half.
