under 30 minutes
ingredients
12 ounces spaghetti pasta, cooked according to package
1 jar (16 ounce size) pasta sauce (your choice)
Eyeballs
1 pound ground beef
1 large egg
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
milk, as needed
green olives with pimentos
directions
Combine the breadcrumbs and enough milk to just moisten. Combine with the beef and egg and mix well. Form meatballs around each olive, keeping the edge of the olive exposed, resembling the pupil of an eye. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until cooked through (time depends on size of meatballs).
Pile spaghetti on plate, top with sauce, place meatballs on top "looking" out.

This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
