Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

This shrimp dip will be the hit of your Halloween party. The cream cheese is perfect to recreate a "brain" shape and the shrimp work great as "maggots". But the bonus is, it's also tasty!
2 packages (8 ounce size) softened cream cheese
1/4 pound peeled salad shrimp
1 jar cocktail sauce
crackers
Shape the cream cheese into an oval, creating a "brain" shape by creating shallow grooves in the cheese using your fingers. Place the cream cheese brain on a platter.
Combine the shrimp and cocktail sauce. Pour the sauce over the top of the cream cheese.
Place the crackers around the brain on the platter.
For added effect take a toothpick dipped into food coloring (blue and/or green) and make veins in the cream cheese brain to look like a real brain.

It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Getting the brain shape right was kind of hard. I had to keep looking at the photo and some pictures I found online to form it into something close. Everyone was able to figure out what it was so that was good! I added some hot sauce to the cocktail sauce to spice it up. There wasn't anything left after the party.
