Duqqa is a traditional Egyptian spice mix that is typically used as a dip for pita bread. Duqqa has a nutty and earthy flavor, with a hint of mint.

ingredients
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons toasted coriander seeds
2 teaspoons unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon chickpeas
1 teaspoon dried mint leaves
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Serve with pita bread for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
