Airy Bread Machine White Bread

1 1/4 cup slightly heated milk
2 teaspoons shortening
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon bread machine yeast
directions
Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.
Set the machine to white bread, light crust.
When the baking cycle is complete, let the bread cool slightly in the pan then remove it from the pan to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Store the bread in an airtight container are room temperature.
