1-2 hrs
ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 package (7 ounce size) crumbled herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 package (8 ounce size) cubed herb-seasoned stuffing mix
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
16 chicken drumsticks
directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and celery, and saute for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from the heat and add the stuffing mixes and chicken broth. Stir until all the stuffing is moistened and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the vegetable oil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well then brush evenly over the drumsticks.
In a 9" x 13" baking dish, spoon the prepared stuffing mixture into a ball in the center of the baking dish. Stand the drumsticks thick-side down around the stuffing, pressing them into the sides of the stuffing.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken and the juices run clear.

They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
