8 chicken drumsticks, skinned
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Coat each drumstick with sour cream. Stir together bread crumbs, chipotle, salt and pepper. Roll each drumstick in breadcrumbs.
Place in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
