It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

- #50055
ingredients
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
8 cloves garlic, finely minced
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
8 chicken breast halves with skin and bones
parsley or cilantro sprigs for garnish
directions
Combine lime juice, oil, and garlic in a large zip-lock style plastic bag. Season chicken generously with salt and pepper and add to the bag; seal carefully. Marinate chicken at least 2 hours at room temperature and up to 24 hours in refrigerator, turning several times.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Remove chicken from marinade (discard marinade) and arrange skin side up in a shallow baking pan. Do not crowd. Roast in upper third of oven until just cooked through, 25 to 30 minutes. Increase oven temperature to broil.
Set chicken about 2 inches from heat until skin is crisp, about 2 minutes.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.

Nice light flavor, very good. The marinade also made the chicken wonderfully moist. I don't cook that often with bone in chicken but this seems like a really good way to cook it.

I made this for a family having to eat gluten & dairy free and low sodium. I replaced the salt and pepper with Trader Joe's "21 Salute" seasoning. I was surprised at how tasty this came out!
