3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 1/2 cup ground pecans
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Heat broiler. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl, whisk together the honey and soy sauce until blended. Spread the ground pecans on a shallow plate. Dip both sides of the chicken breasts in the honey and soy mixture and then in pecans, turning to coat evenly.
Place the chicken breasts on the broiler pan. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Broil 2 minutes per side, then reduce oven temp to 500 degrees F and place broiler pan in oven. Bake 6 minutes or until done.
Place remaining honey and soy mixture in a saucepan and boil for 1 minute. Drizzle honey mixture over chicken and serve.

Not good. Way too many pecans. We had to scrape off all the pecans off the chicken. If you make it, make sure the pecans are really finely chopped or ground and try not to use so much. The soy/honey sauce was good, though.
Just fyi, the recipe title "pecan crusted chicken" does sort of imply that there will be a lot of pecans.

This was a very easy and quick recepie, I added about 1Tbs of dijon mustard to the honey/soy mixture, and when I boiled it I added some chopped up green onion, very yummy :)
