Chicken-Broccoli Skillet

ingredients
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
8 ounces American cheese, cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
hot cooked rice or pasta
directions
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, broccoli, and American cheese. Cook, stirring, until the cheese is melted and the broccoli is heated.
Stir in the mayonnaise, reduce the heat to low, and let cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Serve the cheesy chicken mixture over rice or pasta.
