Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9" pie plate.
Cook beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with salt and cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake about 25 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.
Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.

I have made this recipe for years. It used to be on the back of the Bisquick box but now it's hard to find. I make it with corn and bell pepper added in. If you don't mind the calories...it's great topped with sour cream right before serving!

I made this dish with scepticism a few years ago. It has become a staple in my house even though our children are grown and gone. Easiest cheesburger I ever made!!

A reliable recipe for a crowd. I make a double batch in a 9 x 13 pan. For breakfast, substitute sausage. Will quickly become a family favorite.
