1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups frozen hash browns
3 slices American cheese
directions
Cook beef until browned. Pour off fat. Add soup, water, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to a boil.
Stir in potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes or until done. Top with cheese.

The wife said it was just average. I agreed, it really needs more flavor, it was kind of bland. I would make it again, but it would not be part of our regular diet.
