Ranch Beef, Corn, Rice Skillet Supper

ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 package (8 ounce size) seasoned rice and black beans
1 can (14.5 ounce size) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen corn
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup cilantro
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
directions
Cook ground beef in skillet for 4 minutes or until no longer pink.
Stir in rice and beans, tomatoes, corn, and the water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until water has been absorbed.
Chop cilantro and sprinkle on servings along with the shredded cheese.
