5 tablespoons vegetable oil (canola or sunflower)
4 tablespoons tamari
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon dried parsley or finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon allspice
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce
1 teaspoon very finely chopped jalapeno or habanero pepper
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
crushed red chilies to taste

This is a wonderful cooking sauce. You can marinate chicken or meat in it before sauteing, grilling, broiling or baking. Dribbled over stir-fried vegetables, it makes a great dish to eat over rice.

Really delicious sauce. I make vegetables and tofu and drizzle the sauce with rice and make a burrito with tortillas. I could eat this three to four times per week.
