Penne With Kielbasa And Zucchini

ingredients
1 pound penne (can also be whole wheat)
2 large kielbasa
5 medium zucchini
1 packet dry Italian dressing/seasoning
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
directions
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
Slice kielbasa in half lengthwise and slice into 1/4 inch half moon slices. Set aside.
Slice each zucchini in half, and slice into 1/4 inch half moon slices.
In a large skillet or wok heat oil. Add kielbasa and zucchini and saute for 5-7 minutes on high heat until the kielbasa is browned. Add seasoning packet and saute for another 2 minutes.
Lower heat and add cooked pasta to the skillet. Saute for another 5 minutes until heated through. Serve hot with warm bread sticks (optional).
