7 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 package hot dogs, sliced
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Saute onions and green peppers until softened. Add garlic powder. Combine the pasta, onion mixture, hot dogs, cottage cheese, and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix well. Pour into a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
