ingredients
1 package (16 ounce size) bow tie pasta (farfalle)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/3 cup milk
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
3/4 pound imitation crab meat, flaked
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 cup frozen peas
directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add farfalle pasta. Cook 12 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
In a saucepan over medium heat, blend the cream of celery soup, milk, and cream cheese. Mix in the imitation crab meat and green onions.
In a bowl, toss together the pasta, imitation crab meat mixture, and frozen green peas.
