Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

A sweet and spicy basting sauce gives these tender grilled lamb chops a nice bite.

2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon chopped green chiles
12 lamb loin chops or lamb cutlets
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Combine the tomato sauce, honey, garlic, and green chile. Mix well and set aside.
Place the lamb chops in the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until well browned.
Baste the lamb chops with the honey sauce and reduce the grill heat to medium-low. Grill the lamb chops for 2-3 additional minutes per side, or until they are done (about 125 degrees F on a meat thermometer for medium-rare).
Remove the chops from the grill and serve hot.
