Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

- #64434

under 30 minutes
ingredients
8 ounces feta cheese
1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
black pepper
kosher salt
3 pounds individual lamb chops
olive oil
directions
Preheat the oven to broil and oil a large baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix feta, parsley, garlic, olive oil, breadcrumbs and a few cracks of pepper. Mix with fingers, blending well.
Season chops lightly with salt and pepper (feta is very salty). Arrange chops in pan and place under broiler. Broil 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and turn to other side using tongs.
Place about two tablespoons of the feta mixture on each chop, pressing lightly with the back of a spoon or palm of hand to secure on chop. Return to oven for another 3-4 minutes until feta begins to brown. Remove from oven and let rest five minutes before serving.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
