The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Hot-Crossed Tuna Casserole

ingredients
2 small cans water-packed tuna, slightly drained
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen baby peas, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can (8 ounce size) crescent-roll dough
sesame seeds
Cucumber Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 seeded cucumber, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Combine tuna, peas, cheese, celery, crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix well and spoon into a baking dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Separate crescent-roll dough into two rectangles. Press perforations to seal, then cut into four long, then four short strips. Place over tuna mixture in a lattice design. Brush lightly with mayonnaise and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes, until lightly browned on top. Serve with cucumber sauce.
For Cucumber Sauce: Mix together ingredients and serve.

I am sooooooo happy to find this recipe. I had this years ago and lost it. I have been looking for it forever. This is by far the best Tuna Casserole that we have had. My husband really liked it too and he is not fond of tuna casseroles. Oh my Gosh, now I can have a tuna casserole.
