ingredients
1/3 cup mayonnaise or cooked salad dressing
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (7 ounce size) tuna, drained
1 cup soft bread crumbs
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3 tablespoons corn flake crumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
directions
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Add tuna, bread crumbs, and eggs to mayonnaise mixture. Toss lightly to combine. Spoon mixture evenly into baking shells.
Toss corn flake crumbs with grated cheese and melted butter. Sprinkle over center of tuna in shells.
Run under broiler, 6 inches from heat, until crumb mixture is browned, about 5 minutes. Serve at once, garnished with parsley, if desired.
