1 can (6 ounce size) solid chunk tuna, drained
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup milk
1 cup chow mein noodles

Drain the tuna well.
Combine the soup and milk and mix until blended.
Add the bell pepper, celery, and onion to the crock pot. Pour the soup mixture over the top and stir to combine. Add the tuna and stir gently just to mix the tuna in.

Serve hot.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet. This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

My mother used to make a tuna chow mein casserole in the oven and this crock pot version is very similar. Turned out pretty well. The fish got a little disintegrated but all the flavors were good. I would probably stir the tuna in just before adding the noodles next time.
