2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 dash salt
1 heatproof disposable cup (12-16 ounce size)
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
In small bowl, combine eggs, milk and salt; beat well. Pour into cup. Place in microwave.
Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir egg mixture. Top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 30 seconds or until eggs are firm.
Stir before serving.

So simple and perfect for a rushed morning. The top off the eggs looked done but underneath wasn't so I recommend really stirring it well with a fork (or a whisk - something that will break up the eggs well) one more time and then microwaving for another 10 seconds just to make sure it's all set.
