1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1 can (11 ounce size) mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1 cup green grapes
3 1/2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
2 cups shredded coconut
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 cup maraschino cherries
In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, Cool Whip, coconut, marshmallows and milk. Chill 1 hour. Garnish with cherries before serving.

I make this recipe many times during the summer. I use the mandarin oranges in juice though not the syrup kind. Everyone always really enjoys this.

I used this same recipe for years and recently misplaced my card. I'm so happy to have found it again! Whenever I hold my luau every summer we make this dessert and there is NEVER any left at the end of the party!

Coconut Ambrosia is a wonderful addition to the meal no matter what the holiday is. It's a nice cold taste after hot mashed potatoes and gravey.
