Strawberry Ambrosia Salad

ingredients
1 package (3 ounce size) strawberry gelatin powder
1 package (3 ounce size) raspberry gelatin powder
2 cups boiling water
1 cup frozen sweetened sliced strawberries
1/2 cup cold water
1 can (8.25 ounce size) crushed pineapple with syrup
1/3 cup flaked coconut
2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk
directions
Dissolve both boxes of gelatin in boiling water in medium bowl. Place frozen strawberries in dissolved jello. Break up strawberries with a fork; stir until thawed. Stir in cold water and pineapple. Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Add coconut and milk; mix well. Pour into a 5-cup mold. Chill at least 4 hours. Unmold.

I had this recipe years ago and misplaced it. It was on the label of the small can of Carnation Evaporated Milk. I even called them up asking for the recipe, to no avail. I am so happy to have this recipe again. It is delicious!
