under 30 minutes
ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons lemon pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon pepper blend
2 tablespoons garlic powder or as many cloves of garlic as you'd like
2 tablespoons onion
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
directions
You can adjust all these to taste.
The key to moist chicken is the marinade and also to grill over a low flame. If you cook it too hot, it will dry out. We had the same problem until we lowered the temp and started cooking it longer.
Enough marinade for 4 chicken breasts: Put all ingredients in a zip-lock bag and add chicken. Toss around in the bag to coat. Then let marinade for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
