Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

1/2 cup apple or grape jelly
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup wine vinegar
Combine the jelly, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar in a non-reactive saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, and let cook for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat. Pour over pork, chicken, or vegetables. Let the sauce cool if using as a dipping sauce.
