Sushi

We often use the term sushi to describe both sushi rolls (made with rice) and sashimi (no rice). The two are different but we've grouped both types here so they are easy to find.
Making sushi at home is actually quite easy with recipes like California rolls, smoked salmon sushi roll or ahi sashimi with wasabi vinaigrette. If the recipe calls for raw fish or seafood make sure to use only the freshest sushi-grade ingredients available.
