Fun Food Holidays™ March 27th is National Spanish Paella Day

The pride of Valencia is the locals' signature dish paella. As it has gained in popularity, however, the original recipe of chicken or rabbit, white rice, snails, beans and seasonings has been modified along the way to include artichokes, sausage, and even everyday leftovers. You can celebrate National Spanish Paella Day with one of CDK's many paella recipes, even if many lack what Valencians would consider authenticity. It would seem that snails are optional!
