October is National Chili Month

National Chili Month

Beans or no beans is the crux of the great chili controversy. Some chili aficionados swear that chili with beans is not chili at all! However, most can agree on the fundamentals of diced or ground beef, peppers, onions, garlic, and spices for making a hot, tasty chili.

It's cooling down outside, so October is the prime time for National Chili Month.
