very good will make again,gave recipe to frinds that good


I love this recipe, have made it twice now. It's a great way to use excess cabbage!

I did make a few changes. I added 1/2 - 3/4 lb lamb italian sausage before adding the onions and added a few fresh hot peppers chopped up.


Being from N.O. I had never heard of Cajun Cabbage and wanted to try this out. Made it for my family last night and it was a big hit. I decreased the amount of cayenne to 1/2 teaspoon...3/4 would have been too hot. This is definitely a winner in my book and will definitely make it again.
