It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
Millionaire Pie

- #77209
This no-bake dessert is a delightful creamy mix of coconut, pineapple, and pecans, all folded into a graham cracker crust and chilled. Best of all, you don't need to be a millionaire to make this pie.
ingredients
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup chopped pecans, plus more for garnish
2 (9-inch size) graham cracker pie crusts
directions
Combine the coconut, pineapple, lemon juice, and sweetened condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Fold the whipped topping and pecans in by hand. Divide the pie filling between the crusts. Place the pies in the refrigerator and chill for 3-4 hours.
Garnish the millionaire pies with chopped pecans before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

An old time favorite of ours. Been making this exact recipe for years.
