1 quart fresh orange juice
1 bottle (750 ml size) champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine
grenadine syrup
sliced citrus fruit, if desired for garnish
Fill champagne flutes half-full with orange juice. Top with champagne. Add a splash or two of grenadine to get the desired shade of pink.
Garnish the mimosas, if desired, with a slice of citrus fruit.
