Spinach Balls with Honey Mustard Sauce

ingredients
2 packages (10 ounce size) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed fairly dry
2 cups crumb herb stuffing
1 cup firmly packed Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 small green onions, chopped fine
3 eggs
1 dash nutmeg
Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard (or to taste)
honey (to sweeten)
directions
For Spinach Balls: Mix all ingredients together. Shape into walnut size balls.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. These freeze well. Dip in honey mustard sauce.
For Sauce: Combine until blended.
