ingredients

15 frozen mini phyllo shells
2 large eggs
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 jar (6.5 ounce size) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place the (still frozen) shells on an ungreased baking sheet.

Place the eggs, cheese and artichoke hearts in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk well to blend. Spoon the egg mixture into the shells.

Bake in preheated oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Remove and serve.
