ingredients
1 package (10-count size) English muffins
1 pound ground beef
1 roll (1 pound size) hot sausage
1 pound processed cheese product, cubed
directions
Fry ground beef and sausage until cooked, then drain well. Mix cheese cubes with meat until melted.
Spread mixture on halved muffins. Cut each piece into quarters, if desired.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
