9 cups water
1 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
cinnamon stick
cloves
2 cups red wine
sugar
Bring to boil the water, cinnamon and cloves. Add tapioca and cook, stirring constantly, until pearls are transparent.
Pour in wine and the amount of sugar desired and cook for five more minutes.
Pour into a dessert bowl or goblets and serve cold.
