This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

While waiting for the fish to cook, we prepared the salsa. At first taste, it wasn't impressive. It tasted like Italian dressing - not salsa. However, once combined with the fish it took on a whole different flavor. The salad dressing was balanced out with the other flavors when eaten with the mild fish. Very easy to prepare, cooking time was about right (but will depend on the thickness of your fillets).
