Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 1/2 pound tilapia fillets
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine the ginger, garlic, lime juice, sesame oil, honey, and soy sauce in a small bowl; whisk thoroughly. Place fish in a single layer in the baking dish, allowing space between the fillets. Pour ginger-lime sauce over the fish and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until the thickest fillet flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with cilantro and scallions.

I have been making this recipe for years...always delicious. I have substituted the fish sometimes with sea bass and halibut. It is always a winner!

As a NON-FISH eater...AND Iââ¬â¢m not a big fan of ginger either..my husband somehow talked me into trying this dish. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!! This dish had a great flavor...we really liked the combination of flavors. We used a piece of fresh ginger root and just used a microplane to mince it. It was REALLY GOOD! I highly recommend this to ANYONE...people who like fish and those who donââ¬â¢t.! Enjoy!

Excellent! I don't usually cook fish but this was very good and not fishy. Very moist.

A lovely way to prepare Tialapia! The flavors blended beautifully. I served it on a bed of baby spinach and everyone raved.

This dish was sooooo delicious. I'm from the Caribbean so the only thing I did differently was to add a little jerk seasoning to the recipe for a little spice and it was magnificent!!! Thank you for this wonderful recipe

This was amazing! I made it last night, and my fiance could not stop telling me how great it was. The flavors are so powerful - esp the fresh lime juice and sesame oil. The fish melted in your mouth. The only thing I did differently was add 2 addl tsps of the honey.
