ingredients
1 pound pork sausage
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pound processed cheese product, cubed
1 jar pizza sauce
2 loaves party rye bread
OR
18 English muffins, halved
1 teaspoon oregano, crushed
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
directions
Cook sausage, ground beef and onion until browned. Drain off fat. Add cheese and spices. Stir and cook until cheese is melted.
Spread pizza sauce on each slice of bread or English muffin. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
