ingredients

2 avocados, peeled and cubed
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon curry powder
salt, to taste
white pepper, to taste
1/2 cup whipping cream

directions

Blend the avocados with 1 cup of the chicken stock in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the remaining stock and the remaining ingredients. Chill.

Garnish with sliced or cubed avocados when ready to serve.
