ingredients

1 pound smoked salmon
1/8 cup heavy cream
1 drop Tabasco sauce (more if desired)
1/2 teaspoon drained horseradish
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon chives
salt and white pepper to taste

directions

In a food processor, puree fish until smooth, then add all remaining ingredients and blend.

Serve pate spread on bread or pipe onto crackers.
