Roasted Granola

ingredients
Baste
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
Granola Mix
4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup wheat germ
2/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
add after baking
1 cup diced dried apricots
1/2 cup dark raisins
directions
Cook baste on stove, stirring until hot.
Combine granola mix ingredients in a roasting pan.
Pour hot baste on granola mix and stir.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 325 degrees F oven.
Remove from oven and add dried apricots and dark raisins.
