8 cups popped popcorn
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Place the popped popcorn in a bowl.
In another bowl or measuring cup, mix together the melted butter, chili powder, and garlic powder. Lightly drizzle the butter mixture over the popcorn and stir gently to coat it in the mixture.
Sprinkle the popcorn with the Parmesan cheese and gently toss to coat it.
Serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Nice blend of flavors, not overly spicy but has just enough chili powder to make it flavorful.

So yummy! Really easy to throw together for a last minute movie night. The difficulty should only be a one since it is just popping popcorn and mixing ingredients. I didn't measure anything but just threw things together. Made half a batch and ate it all!
