Cold Tofu Appetizer

ingredients
1 package tofu, cubed
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 scallion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake (rice wine)
directions
Divide the tofu into serving cups. Mix together the sauce ingredients and sprinkle them on top.
Flavor with chili pepper flakes if desired. You can also sprinkle the tofu with dried bonita flakes.
